• Developing & delivering reward strategies, policies and practices for the EMEA/Europe, Middle-East and Africa region or globally, aligned to both the needs of the business and the overall competitive industry reward practices.
• Executive reward: equity related remuneration, set up of “salary split” structures, etc.
• Focus on strategic, global C&B projects to ensure employee packages are in alignment with company policies and guidelines, competitive, and compliant with legal and fiscal regulations.
